We are all so talented, just imagine if you were brave enough to embrace your talents

and truly believe in yourself…

How you are

Being conscious…

What rises within you and how you react shows you more about who you are and how you really feel.  It also shows you what you really want and what is important to you, and what you want to change.  Everything that happens in your life shows you more about you, helps you get to know yourself more fully through how you are interacting with your life.  Becoming conscious of this interaction can be very powerful, you are an energetic being and your energy contributes to the circumstances you find yourself in.

Everything you experience evolves you into who you are becoming, your past shapes who you and how you react to what is happening now.  Being conscious of your reactions will help you figure out what you want and what you don’t, being conscious of your reactions will help you see the changes you want to make.  Your reaction may be an inner wound, and insecurity that has formed from a past experience, even a past-life experience.

We all have inner wounds, some are deeper than others, some we are aware of and some catch us unawares, take us by surprise.  Being conscious of how you are interacting and how you are reacting to what your life presents you with, will help you heal these wounds.  An inner wound may present itself as a judgment or an assumption, and can trigger some intense responses within you.  Being conscious of the an inner wound gives you the opportunity to address it, to heal and work through why you what rises within you, the trigger and wound itself.  You will notice the shift that comes from the recognition you give it, you will feel differently and be able to express yourself more aligned to who you really.  When you react in a way that is out of character, or in a way that isn’t how you want to behave, the reaction shows you want you want to work on, to work through so that you can heal.  We all have stuff to heal, embrace the process of healing, it begins with the realisation the wound is there, and how it is affecting the life you are busy creating.

Notice the way you move through life, be aware of what you are doing and how you are interacting, be aware of what matters to you, what you value the most about who you are and what you do.  Be aware of what brings you the most fulfilment, where you are happiest and what you are happiest doing, because this is help you recognise where you belong and what you belong doing.   See how far you’ve come, draw on your past experiences to give you the confidence to do what you want to do, to create what you want to create.  Think about where you want to get, why you want to get there and how you might go about doing that.  This is why you find yourself where you are, so that you aspire to who you want to be, and set about changing what you want to change.

You are where you are meant to be, which is why you are there, but it doesn’t not mean you have to stay there.  Becoming conscious of how you feel, how you are interacting and how you react, will help you navigate your way through life.

Life is a journey of discovery, what we discover is who we are.  This is your life, and it is up to you to make it be what you want it to be, carry this awareness with you as you move through creating the life you came here live.  You are powerful and you create with every decision you make and every action you take, you can believe in what you are doing, you can believe in who you are, because only you can be you.

Be inspired by who you are.
