What rises within you, your reaction to what is happening shows you how you really feel and exposes how you may like to heal, it also reminds you of what is important. Everything that happens in your life teaches you more about you, within every experience you know yourself more, how you are interacting with your life, what rises within you as you go about living your life, shows you more of who you are. Becoming conscious of this interaction can be very powerful as you are an energetic being and your energy contributes to any situation you find yourself in, your reaction to what occurs can escalate or lighten the situation.
Everything you experience affects and evolves you into who you are becoming, your past shaped who you are now and how you react to what is happening now, rises because of what you have already experienced. Being conscious of your reactions will help you figure out what you want to happen and what you don’t, being conscious of your reactions will help you see the changes you may want to see and what you can do to bring about change. Your reaction may be an inner wound, an insecurity that has formed from a past experience or it could even be a past-life experience.
We all have inner wounds, some are deeper than others, some we are aware of and some catch us by surprise, being conscious of how you are interacting and how you are reacting to what your life presents you with, will help you heal. An inner wound may present itself as a judgment or an assumption and can trigger some intense responses within you, being conscious of the an inner wound gives you the opportunity to address it, to heal and work through why you what rises within you. You will notice the shift that comes from the recognition you give it, you will feel differently and be able to express yourself more aligned with your true self. When you react in a way that is out of character, or in a way that isn’t how you want to behave, the reaction shows you what you may want to work through so that you can heal. We all have stuff to heal, embracing your process of healing begins with the realisation you have a wound and how it is affecting your life.
Noticing the way you move through life, being aware of what you are doing and how you are interacting, reminding yourself of what matters to you, what you value will help you navigate your way to a happier, more fulfilling life. See how far you’ve come, draw on your past experiences to give you the confidence to do what you want to do and create what you want to create. Think about where you are now, what you want and why you want it, you can aspire to be who you want to become who you want to become.
