This is a moment of creation, in this moment you are creating with your thoughts, how you talk with yourself and how you feel about yourself, creates your reality. Your feelings become thoughts, your thoughts become actions and your actions attract, in this moment what are you creating? How you feel about you, how you feel about what is happening in your life, creates your reality, you do walk your talk.
So how are you feeling? Do you feel you are expressing you true self, do you feel you confident in who you are and what you are about? Think about how you are feeling about what you are doing, and consider if this is what you really want to create.
If you are feeling doubtful about what you are doing, it is doubtful you will create what you want. Doubts can teach you so much about you, be compassionate with yourself, doubts create fears and limitations, but they also can give you insight into things you may like to work through. When doubt creeps in it may take you by surprise, you may have thought you were confident doing what you are doing, but in reality it isn’t what you thought. Even the most confident people question themselves, this is part of the process of discovering what you truly want, what your heart desires, and who you truly are.
Your life is a living expression of who you are, of what you feel, of what you think. Consider what is transpiring in your life and see what you are creating. How do you feel about what is happening, how do you feel about what you are doing, how do you feel about you? Be grateful for your life is teaching you more about you.
Consider the words you speak when speaking about yourself, the thoughts you have when you think about how you truly feel. You may be surprised about what you hear yourself saying, you may realise how you are holding yourself back and now you can begin to work through that. .
Consider how you moving through what you are creating, are you tense, are you struggling to find the energy to do what you want to, how are really feeling about what you are doing, are you fighting with yourself? How you feel about what you are doing, creates how you think and how you think creates how you act, and your actions attract, what is it you want to attract, what do you want to create?
This is a moment of creation and you have a lot to be grateful for, be kind to yourself, be compassionate with yourself and you will feel happier about the life you are creating. Consider what makes you happy, consider what you feel purposeful doing, consider how you feel about you. Be grateful for what life is teaching you, what life has taught you, be grateful you have found yourself where you are, so you can create what you want to create. If you are not happy with something in your life, what would make you happier, what can you create from where you are?
You are the only one who can make you happy, you are the only one who know what you really want, you are the only one who know how you feel. Your happiness in life is up to you, this is your life, live it the way you want to live it. Your life is your living expression, only you can be you, which is why you are here living it. Create the life you really want to live, don’t just exist within it, be who you want to be.
