Your vibe matters, it’s how you communicate, its the energy you radiate as you move through your day, what you do contributes to what happens, your vibe is the tone and the tone creates the melody. You are more powerful than you may think, you are an energetic being and your energy is creative, it’s the energy you put out into the world, it is the energy that is received.
The energy you put into your world attracts what happens in your world. You can see this by how you respond to what is happening, what rises within you as you move through your day, the energy you vibrate attracts. If you are confident in what you are doing, you will radiate confidence and be received with confidence. If you are uncertain, you will radiate uncertainty and you will be received with uncertainty. If you are fearful, what you are afraid of is most likely to manifest. Your energy matters, be mindful about what you are putting out there, know that you are powerful and what you contribute creates.
Think about what you are doing, what you want to attract, how you respond to what is happening around you and what your energy says about you. To attract what you want, you must believe in yourself, you must move confidently towards what you want to manifest, like attracts like.
The days where you feel in the flow, enthusiastic and vibrant about what you are doing, these days you feel uplifted. And then there are days you feel flat and low in energy and everything seems difficult, the day seems to take forever, some days you will just wake up in a funk. Somedays it’s best to just surrender to your mood, take it easy and recover. Acknowledging or being conscious of your mood and the energy you are radiating will help you consciously shift it, the funny thing is when you acknowledge how you feel, rather than fighting what you feel, you feel better. So if you are feeling in a funk, remind yourself it is ok to feel the way you feel and then do something that lifts your mood, put on your favourite song and dance around the kitchen, sing as loudly as you can, and laugh at your rhythm. You can raise you vibe through exercise like going for run or a big walk, or just being at one with nature, anything that lifts your spirit so you can embrace your day fully and make it be what you want it to be.
Sometimes you can get stuck in your thoughts, stuck in your head, stuck in a pattern of thinking and it can be quite challenging to move on from what you are obsessing over. Think about how your thoughts make you feel, is it helpful to think like this or are you upsetting yourself and stopping yourself enjoying the life you are creating. Your thoughts become feelings, and your feelings become actions and your actions attract, so what you think contributes to how you feel and what you feel influences your mood and your mood sets the tone of your day.
You are so powerful you radiate, this is the life you have incarnated to experience, as you face the challenges that come with this incarnation, it is up to you to create your own happiness. Don’t be afraid to dream, don’t be afraid to hope, don’t be afraid to love and you will find where you belong, you will find who belongs there with you and what you belong doing.
