Just imagine you were brave enough to embrace your talents

and believe in yourself…

You are your energy

You are your energy…

Your vibe matters, it’s what you communicate to your world, its the energy you radiate as you move through your day.  You matter, you are powerful, what you do contributes to what happens in your life, you are an energetic being, your energy is powerful and you are creative.  

The energy you put into your world attracts what happens in your world.  You can see this by how you respond to what is happening, what rises within you as you move through your day, the energy you vibrate attracts.  If you are confident in what you are doing, you will radiate confidence and be received with confidence.  If you are uncertain, you will radiate uncertainty and you will be received with uncertainty.  If you are fearful, what you are afraid of is likely to manifest.  Your energy matters, be mindful about what you are putting out there, know just how powerful you are.  

Think about what you are doing, what you want to attract, how you respond and what your energy says about you.  To attract what you want, you must believe in yourself, you must move confidently towards what you want.  Like attracts like. 

 Those days where you have felt enthusiastic, vibrant about what you were doing are the days you felt uplifted and excited about the life your were creating.  Those days where you felt flat, low energetically are the days that seemed to take forever to do what you needed to do.  Some days you will just wake up in a funk, in a mood where you can’t seem to find the energy to do what you want to do. This of-course is not how you want to feel, so begin to shift this energy, to move through it, by first acknowledging how you are feeling.  Acknowledging or being conscious of your mood, or the energy you are radiating will help you consciously shift it.  The funny thin is, when you acknowledge how you feel, rather than fighting what you feel, you feel better, you seem to shift through it more easily.  So if you are feeling in a funk, remind yourself it is ok to feel the way you feel, and then do something that lifts your mood.  Put on your favourite song and dance around the kitchen, raise you vibe through movement, go for run, or a big walk.  Be at one with nature, or something that lifts your spirit, that raises your vibration so you can embrace your day and make it be what you want it to be.  

Sometimes you can get stuck in your thoughts, or stuck in a pattern of thinking and it can be quite challenging to move on or move through the feelings associated with thinking like this.  Think about how your thoughts make you feel, is it helpful to think like this, or are you upsetting yourself and stopping you being who you want to be.  Your thoughts become feelings, and your feelings become actions and your actions attract, so what you think and what you feel matters because it influences how you are and what you do.   

You are so powerful you radiate, and what you do contributes to what happens in your life, this is your life and it is up to you to create a life you are happy living.  Don’t be afraid to dream, don’t be afraid to hope, don’t be afraid to love, don’t be afraid to create the life you were born to live. Find where you belong, find who belongs there with you and do what you belong doing.  You can attract what you want to attract, all you have to do is believe it’s possible.  This is your life, what you do with it is up to you.
