Life is open to interpretation, what you notice is what you need to notice, for this perception is meant to help you become aware of the thoughts and feelings you are experiencing as you move through life. These are the glimpses that teach you so much about life and how you are living it, it is your interpretation of this life that shapes your reality. You see what you want to see, your perception of what is happening is what influenced by your memory of what you have already experienced, and your memory is based on what you know now as well as what you did or didn’t know then.
What you notice you are meant to notice, your interpretation is valid, what you see in what is happening is within you, what you see in others is within you, knowing this will help you understand what is going on with you. It’s like when you think about something, you start seeing that something everywhere, this is the gift of awareness that exists in your life. Noticing how you feel and your interpretation of what is happening acknowledges you have a part to play. Acknowledging how you are feeling and how you see things makes you more conscious of what you are doing and more aware of what is going on inside of you.
If you are uncomfortable with what is happening, you are meant to be uncomfortable so you do something about it. If you are unhappy with the life you are living, you have the power to do something about it, you have choices even though you may feel you don’t, how you interpret what is going is a choice and your choices may not be as limited as you think. If you are at a point in your life where you are no longer content with what is happening, you can figure out what you want to do, this awareness is showing you something needs to change and to get what you want you may need to change too.
If you are excited about what is happening in your life you are meant to be excited so you keep doing what you are doing because it is exciting you. If you are finding contentment in what you are doing, this is where you belong, so follow your bliss because it will lead you to that sense of belonging is what we all seek.
Your interpretation of what is happening here is unique to you because you are unique, only you have seen what you have seen, only you have been where you have been, only you are you. How you are interpreting life, what you notice in life, what you are aware of here in your reality is helping you understand yourself more fully and is helping you figure out what are doing. If you truly believe in what you are doing you will create a life you are happier living and you will be happier creating it.
Let your life guide you, don’t be afraid to explore what you are feeling, notice how you feel, notice how you are thinking about what you are feeling, notice what you are thinking. Be kind to yourself, be compassionate with yourself and be gentle because you are important and you will find when you look after yourself, when treat yourself the way you want to be treated, you will become kinder, more compassionate and more gentle with others.
You will find when you look after yourself and allow yourself to be who you are, to love what you love, to love who you love and do what you love, life will guide to where you belong, to that sense of belonging we all seek, and you will find contentment.
